The Touchpoints SleevesUp entrepreneurship course offers budding entrepreneurs and newcomers to Luxembourg the toolbox necessary for the creation and operation of a small business in Luxembourg.
Participants are guided through a step-by-step approach with practical exercises to understand how to set up a small business in Luxembourg. This course is geared towards beginners and newcomers.
- Dates : from Monday 11th to Friday 15th September 2023
- Duration 2.00 - 6.00 pm daily
- Location : House of Entrepreneurship, 14 Rue Erasme (Kirchberg)
- Main Language : mixed English / French (with study materials in English, French, Arabic, Tigrinya, Farsi, Russian and Ukrainian, upon request)
Content:
- Day 1 : Introduction, presentation of projects, course objectives, introduction to the 3 page Business Plan
- Day 2 : Administrative procedures. social security calculations with focus on particular cases of chômage/REVIS.
- Day 3 : Financial plan - budget, turnover, accounting & VAT
- Day 4 : Marketing, advertising in Luxembourg. Review of 1st page of the 3-page business plan. Exercices: define Personas, SWOT, etc.
- Day 5 : Presentation of available ressources for entrepreneurs in Luxembourg: bank relations, financing, partnerships, etc
Participation in all the sessions is mandatory for the full duration of the session. Encounters with external resources are voluntary.
A certificate of participation will be issued upon completion of an evaluation questionnaire.

Le SleevesUp workshop proposé par Touchpoints offre aux entrepreneurs en herbe et aux nouveaux arrivants au Luxembourg la boîte à outils nécessaire à la création d'une petite entreprise au Luxembourg.
Les participants sont guidés à travers une approche étape par étape avec des exercices pratiques pour comprendre comment créer une entreprise au Luxembourg. Cette formation s'adresse à un public de débutants et de nouveaux arrivants au Luxembourg.
- Dates : du lundi 11 au vendredi 15 septembre 2023
- Durée : tous les jours de 14h00 à 18h00
- Lieu : House of Entrepreneurship, 14 Rue Erasme (Kirchberg)
- Langue principale du cours : bilingue anglais / français (avec supports de cours en anglais, français, arabe, tigrinya, farsi, russe et ukrainien, sur demande)
Contenu:
- Jour 1 : Présentation des participants et des projets, objectifs du cours, présentation du Business Plan à 3 pages.
- Jour 2 : Démarches administratives - sécurité sociale avec focus sur des cas particuliers de chômage/REVIS.
- Jour 3 : Plan financier - budget, chiffre d'affaires, comptabilité & TVA.
- Jour 4 : Marketing, publicité au Luxembourg. évaluations de la 1ère page du plan d'affaires de 3 pages. Exercices : définir Personas, SWOT, etc.
- Jour 5 : Présentation des ressources disponibles pour les entrepreneurs au Luxembourg : relations bancaires, financements, partenariats, etc.
La participation à toutes les sessions est obligatoire pendant toute la durée de la formation. Les rencontres avec les ressources externes sont volontaires.
Une certificat de participation sera délivré après avoir rempli un questionnaire d'évaluation.
