Certified transactional analyst, Ariane is also a graduate in economics, communication science and an experienced journalist. She is the founder of Youth4work, a non-profit organization which offers individual coaching and advice to adolescents and young adults during their search for an apprenticeship and a job.

Ariane is also a youth coach accompanying young adults in the discovery of their dispositions, their talents and their strengths.
